Artist's Comments

This is a potterry piece I made on an eletric wheel with a Woo's Blue Glaze that I fired in a gas kiln to cone >10. I have been making pottery for over 30 years and have loved every minute of it.

Thank you! I have been carving for over 30 years and I have yet to get bored with it...I am retired and now this is all I am doing and I really enjoy it and the other potters that I meet. Take care.

I'm so jealous. I would love to be doing it full time! Ah well... it will make a great retirement!

The carving compliments the graceful flow of this wonderful form. Very nicely done! I too have been throwing pots off and on for about 30 years. You are about 10 years ahead of me for retirement but like you this is what I plan on doing when I get there.
Cheers!

I plan on doing this when I retire too. Unfortunately I have some time to wait though. :( Can't wait to see what all you will crank out then!
